Shipping Policy

Shipping in Canada:

ontariodiscsports.ca ships all packages within Canada via CanadaPost. The shipping rate you are quoted at checkout is the market-rate at time of purchase. Packages are subject to CanadaPost service interruptions and standard delivery times. Packages shipped without a tracking option are done so at the customer's risk, with ontariodiscsports.ca not responsible for packages lost/stolen in transit when shipped without tracking or insurance.

Shipping to the USA:

ontariodiscsports.ca ships all packages within the US via CanadaPost. Packages shipped to the US are picked-up sent out together every Tuesday afternoon. The shipping rate you are quoted at checkout is the market-rate at time of purchase. Full customs details are included with US packages, which may be subject to additional importation fees, depending on the origin and composition of your items. Packages are subject to CanadaPost service interruptions and standard delivery times. Packages shipped without a tracking option are done so at the customer's risk, with ontariodiscsports.ca not responsible for packages lost/stolen in transit when shipped without tracking or insurance.

Local Pick-Up:

If you'd prefer to save on shipping and instead pick-up locally please select "Local Pickup" at check-out and include pick-up request/details in the notes section of your order. We'll be sure to follow-up with you shortly and confirm. While we're often present at most any disc golf event in southern Ontario, you may also choose to swing by our office in Hamilton if you'd prefer.

Shipping Schedule:

Our shipping schedule dictates that packages will be shipped out on Fridays. There may be special circumstances where requests can be accommodated, however, these will be handled on a customer-by-customer basis. We ship out our US orders every Wednesday at 8am.

Holiday Shipping:

Our "arrive-by" date for Christmas cannot be guaranteed, however, traditionally, packages order before noon on December 19th should arrive to their destination within the province of Ontario before Christmas. Should one of our standard shipping days fall on a civic holiday, expect your package to be shipped on the next available standard shipping day.
